It's Not Just Your Resume It's Your Personality....!!!!!!!

In the article that i had read it explains that when you get a certain job somewhere it kinda shows your ability's on what position you want but then you circle and say yes that is the thing i am in to.Then you might be lying well many people have to do a survey on what kinda things they like and the parts there are if you just make up things your not really expressing your own thoughts.Then they would tell you that your perfect for this position but you want to become something else and in that survey you made a mistake by saying you enjoy doing certain thing but you don't.
They are saying for you not to get the wrong answer or even the right one then just do your own research and see if you like the job you might be getting and explore other options in the building that you know about.Ask the person that is now working there and talk to them what was on the survey so then you could find out what you up against on the questions so you know your getting the perfect job you want and dont have to be up against a boring job.
In the main topic yes you can see it in the title you can see it's the same thing when you do the resume they still ask the same question on what you would like to learn from the job you have and what kind of person you are a team player or just an individual that likes to do it all alone.
All the people that i know would have said they did take a survey on what kind of job they got and everyone has a different personality and they still would get the postion they had wanted but i guess not everywhere is the same kind of companie they put you were they think it's best.

War Cries

In the past years, there has been horrible things that have been going on and as you read on you wonder all that time through the conflicts with other states or country's and now this in America you see when you remember the soviet union and more war problems have been going on with Russia and Georgia in different problem relations.When everything was unsuspected and nothing going on this was a problem when all the Olympic games were going on and everyone else was occupied and they called that war and it was nothing compared to all that was happening.

Throughout out that time they thought Georgia was a nice quiet town but it is they had one problem with one little land and that was the south Ossetia and they cause the who problem upon themselves they had killed 133 people from the Russians and yer they did torture them.So that is why they got the same treatment and bush is trying to get involve he is just going to run and hide he wants to know all the facts but he is to scared to say anything to personal that might offend him.

In my Personal Opinion they have to solve problems in other ways besides war because it is getting people involve that don't want to do nothing to harm them and that just make the matters worse and yes they wont listen this is the real world and people don't hug and stay sorry they have to go through politics and conferences they have to negotiated to do things in the union matters.

The Pirates of Africa

In this article it's about African pirates they are the ones that have speed boats and they rob some couple and kidnap them and hold them for ransom money over 1.4million dollars;this is nothing even close to all those movies and you see on t.v where the pirates get defeated and all the romantic scenes, well yes some people do rescue you but that's only if someone has the courage to catch even one of them.

Well in all the things they have in cargo ships they would rob them and would hold there crew for ransom and yes they would get it even the army had went with them so they would not get seized and then it would be all safe.

Throughout Africa these pirates have been wanted and they are worth a lot some have been living in fancy houses and they but new boats that are faster so far they have inherited 3 million dollars and yes they have weapons but most people say that is just for show.Because when they would get captured they would just hold them until the ransom money is paid and they would let them go but they would scare them with warning shots and they would not let the grenade go off because that would probably sink there ship. in many ways they could do many harmful things such as use the weapons and sell them to terrorists.

But some have been captured and they are in for it big time.So in my opinion i would think that these pirates are very scary people and that they do take it very seriously and that they should be put behind bars so they wont harm people that are very innocent

The FACE-OFF

In this reading there are to political candidates there names are Barack Obama and John McCain they are talking about doing this and that in many prospective they well do many things in other words. Obama wants to lower the poor middle class families that could not pay there taxes and try to bring back some troops that have been at war to long so they would see there families. So people are really depending on Obama help to the world were they can afford to pay there homes and bills and with the gas prices going to high that is and even bigger situation not everyone has all the money in the world to get gas everyday.

On John McCain's behalf he is talking about using more technology and other things we don't need and yes the oil maybe running low but you have to save some money for the people and if you just spend it on things that are useless to us then whats the point of buying it.They are many differences between Obama and McCain because he does want to keep the troops out there to fight but they have families to and he just wants them to stay there and fight you never no what might happen.

But many people do need to understand on what they say some of it is true they need to stay there so then the government can get stronger and stop the insurgents on who they are fighting and in my point of view that i would go for Obama and yes John McCain is good but all he want to do is spend money to get this and that with the oil and such but i would rather build a better world with everyone else that is doing it.

Options on your choices in life

As you read this reading it talks about how you would maybe planning your life on your own well everyone is probably asking themselves that question. Not only the people that have further options but the ones that want to become someone and have to go to many places to get what they want.Some of them have it all set out and planned well in my opinion I am talking about all these options that helps you get to it. Then you may think your just going to get stuck right in the middle and you have no one else to turn to.
All the hard desisons you made have been put on hold because you dont know what to do.But the question is do you really want this or do you need this to get it going faster.
My desion is to take my time and learn more"what's the rush"your only making it harder and difficult.
In the Future i want to be someone that helps others feel better and you may wonder why would i want to do that well i am a caring person it's not how they treat you in your life time but in someone elses they may become a different person.
But on the attitude you have made a different. As your life goes on you would would want to remember something you did good in your past like you can learn from all your mistakes and then it wont effect you in the future or even in the past so it's good to always ask yourself questions.
What i am asking is how would you know if you made the right choices on what you want to do or which way to go?
